Interesting times eh..? Seems like the world as we know it continues to happily unravel... so what better time to join Sunday Assembly in knitting a new one?

How about this for a founding declaration:

We hold these truths to be self evident... that all of us, man, woman and everything in between, of every colour, nationality, sexuality, religious belief or lack of, were created equally FABULOUS, that we are endowed with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of FABULOUSNESS...

Our assembly this Sunday (13th November) will explore how we can all overcome 'The Fear of Fabulous’, inhabit our souls and reach our full human potential... as well as protect and build upon the hard fought rights many of us take for granted. Our main speaker is Dan Glass, an award-winning activist, educator, host, performer, actor and writer who was named as one of Attitude Magazine's campaigning role models for LGBTQI youth + ‘UK youth climate leader’ by The Guardian. An educator from the Training for Transformation educational programme born out of the Anti-Apartheid movement, the core of dan's work is the development of critical consciousness and creativity to spur people 'to read their reality and write their own history'. His recent programmes involve co-founding 'Queer Tours of London - A Mince Through Time', MC'ing 'Shafted?!' a speakeasy led by people with HIV, and the 'Never Again Ever! Holocaust Survivors Cabaret'. He's a bit of a character basically. And he's not remotely afraid of the Fabulous...

Plus the usual appropriately themed singalong classics with the legendary East End house band, a 'This Much I Know' segment from an East End community member, a guided moment of reflection, and small / large talk over drinks and snacks after. What's not to like...?!

As it will be Remembrance Sunday, there will be a minutes silence at 11AM to commemorate victims of war globally and historically... please arrive on time so as not to disrupt this.
