One of Sunday Assembly's mottoes is to Help Often, which we know so many of you want to do but don't always know where to start.

We provide an organised Community Action afternoon each month to provide everyone with the opportunity to give something back to the wider London community.

August Action: Get your hands dirty.

Are you green fingered and nuts about nature? If so then Sunday Assembly London Community Action has just the thing for you. On Sunday 21 August we will be heading over to Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park for a wonderful afternoon of practical nature conservation which will include planting, weeding and general tidying.
The session will run from 2pm to 5pm and will be facilitated by the inspirational Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park who have been managing this designated nature reserve since 1990.
We have 25 spaces available and children are most certainly welcome. Please be aware that those under 14 years are not covered under the Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park’s insurance.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. In particular sturdy shoes, wellies or boots. You may also wish to bring some snacks and drinks as there are no refreshments available in the park.
